About this Job:

Rural Credit Finance Co Ltd, (RUCREF) was started as a credit scheme in (Volunteer Efforts for development concerns) VEDCO an indigenous non-governmental organization to help provide financial services to smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs in its areas of operation. The company has since grown registering tremendous success in business and is looking to recruit self-motivated, result oriented individuals to join a team committed to building a financial institution that is to be a leading provider of financial services to micro entrepreneurs and economically active rural communities

Key accountabilities for the HR Officer:

Coordinate implementation of the Human resources function as per the company strategy and policies.Coordinate implementation of performance management systemsReview, plan, budget and coordinate implementation of the company’s training activities.Implement the employee benefits, compensation and staff welfare program as per set policies and labour laws.Implement administrative and logistical support functions of the company.Maintain an up to date records and human resource information system.Requirement:

Ideal candidate profile:
