Due to increased client interest and the subsequent rise in workload, Equate (see www.equateinternational.com) is looking to expand its database of consultants in the African region. We are looking for qualified candidates who fit the following profile:
We are looking for the following profile:
- Mechanical Engineer or similar
- An educational/ BTVET specialist, with experience in working in the education sector in Uganda/ East Africa
- Experience working as an independent consultant
- Experience working with Donors and/or Governmental institutions
Requirements:
- Degree from an Internationally Recognized University in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (minimum qualification)
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) required
- Strong ability to work independently and show initiative, but with a team player mentality
- High commitment to quality of work
We are offering the following:
- Part-time consultancy (part time) contract for 2015, with home-based support and limited travel in Uganda
