Organizational Profile:
One Acre Fund supports smallholder farmers to increase their harvests and thus increase their incomes. To do this, One Acre Fund provides farmers with high-quality inputs like seed and fertilizer, financing, and training. We launched our Uganda operations in Kamuli one year ago, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our small but growing team.

Office Assistant
The One Acre Fund Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to our rapidly growing team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Office Administration – Manage day-to-day running of the office;
· supervise cleaning and security staff;
· manage payment of bills and utilities;
· maintain clean and tidy office environment
· Manage Finances – Tracking expenses;
· cash collection and reimbursements; banking; financial reporting;
· auditing financial records, often through field visits
· Data Entry – Daily updating of records, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The candidate should have completed secondary school education, university-level degree preferred
· Prior experience in a professional office setting required
· Excellent computer skills, proficient in typing, and familiar with MS Office Suite (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)
· Possess excellent communication skills, can read/write/speak English & Luganda fluently, Lusoga a plus.
· The candidate should have a positive attitude capable of performing any task whilst multi-tasking.
· Exceptional time management skills and above all you always carry yourself with professionalism.
· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision
