Pacific Diagnostics Ltd is an

International Medical Equipment Supplier company.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Initiate,

    develop and maintain quality long term business relationships with clients

  • Receive,

    log, follow up and respond to clients’ queries and complaints to their

    satisfaction and within the stipulated period

  • Minute

    any client meetings, summarizing any additional actions required including

    follow-up calls

  • Regularly

    communicate pertinent information/changes to clients on regular basis

    including information on products or services required by customers to

    meet their needs.

  • Maintain

    accurate weekly & monthly reports

  • Maintain

    accurate and updated records for clients and staff


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The

    Customer Care Relationship/Front Desk Officer should hold a relevant

    Bachelor’s Degree

  • At

    least three years working experience

  • Past

    managerial and supervision skills

  • Computer

    literacy skills i.e. Proficient in MS office suite applications

  • Past

    customer care/service experience
