Corporation in Japan and the sole official distributor of brand new Toyota

vehicles in Uganda as appointed by Toyota Motor Corporation. Our key business

activities include the sale of Toyota motor vehicles, genuine parts and motor

vehicle servicing & repair as well as Yamaha motorcycles, Hino trucks and

Case tractors.

Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible

for actively promoting company visibility and awareness through the coordination

of effective marketing activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Take

part in the development and implementation of the brand strategy to raise brand

awareness, visibility and positioning hence increasing product/service value in

the market.

·        
Co-ordinate

the planning, development and execution of Toyota Uganda’s advertising

activities with the advertising agency.

·        
The

incumbent will carry out research on competitive products by identifying and

evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and competitor

activities.

·        
Manage

and monitor the launch & post launch phases of the product lifecycle as

well as coordinate memorable customer events that meet quality expectations.

·        
Ensure

regular update of the Company website and track usage of all online

communication channels.

·        
Manage

inventory of all promotional materials and marketing collateral.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The

ideal Toyota employee should hold a Degree in Marketing or any other business

related discipline.

·        
Past

exposure and experience in marketing or an Agency role will be an added

advantage.

·        
Possess

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
