Job

Summary:
The Route To Consumer Transformation Manager

will mainly coordinate and oversee the Route To Consumer (RTC) project across

multiple functional disciplines and embed project methodologies, project

tracking to ensure timely and complete delivery of the projects objectives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 


·        
Actively monitor the scope and nature of the project

and assist in identifying the time and resources the project requires.


·        
Drive work plans laying down detailed schedules of

activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team, and identifies

the resources available;


·        
In charge of implementing the governance plan that

identifies the roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team

and ensures that all governance and reporting for RTC is compliant.


·        
Maintain a work breakdown structure defining the

specific deliverables due from each team member, at each stage of the RTC

project; and track against those deliverables.


·        
Establish a communication plan that establishes the

protocol, and methods to communicate project information and issues among

members of the team; across EABL in conjunction with CR.


·        
In charge of preparing forms and templates to

simplify communication, record-keeping and reporting;


·        
Collating and reporting project status to senior

management.


·        
Work closely with the Finance lead to maintain full

risk management process that address policy requirements and ensures project

success through timely mitigation.


·        
Manage the diagnostic, design and implementation of

a spirits route to consumer


·        
Ensure the completion of territory transformation

work stream for the whole of Uganda


Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 


·        
The applicant must hold a business related degree


·        
Additional Project Management certification


·        
At least five years’ experience in sales with experience

managing sales teams


·        
Past exposure and knowledge in Distribution and

Sales Management


·        
Prior experience with various routes to market


·        
High level of business acumen and project management

across functions.


·        
Cross functional management experience


·        
Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to

generate insights from data sources


·        
Prior experience implementing a change program or

transforming a business model
