Assistant General Manager for Farm
A reputed group engaged in various activities wants personnel for their new project in agriculture activities around Gulu/Amuru.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences from a reputed University
Experience: Minimum experience of 5 years in handling production activities on large farms
Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for implementing daily production related activities as decided by the senior management. Shall be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Supervisors and around 100 labours and ensure optimum productivity from them.
Special requirements: Should be able to drive a four wheel vehicle and ride a bike. Should reside on the farm in accommodation provided by the management.
