Job

Summary:
The Personal Assistant will support the PwC Assurance Leadership team

in implementing and monitoring the risk management and quality control systems

and activities.


Key

Duties and Responsibilities: 


·        
Offer quality administrative support to Partners

and managers;


·        
Ensure that phone calls, messages and enquiries

are handled efficiently and act as a point of contact for clients;


·        
The incumbent will also manage filing of all

external correspondence for both physical and electronic documents;


·        
Provide logistics support for both internal and

external meetings, conferences and workshops and ensure timely distribution of

related materials; and


·        
Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Qualifications,

Skills and Experience: 


·        
The PwC Personal Assistant must possess a bachelor’s

degree in office management or equivalent;


·        
Hold a Certificate in MS office or equivalent;


·        
A minimum of two years’ experience working in a dynamic

and busy commercial environment.


·        
Excellent communication skills;


·        
Ability to work with minimum supervision and

maintain a high level of confidentiality;


·        
Excellent inter-personal, planning and

organizational skills;


·        
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to meet

deadlines; and


·        
Willingness to work beyond the official hours if

the need arises.
