Fresher Early Childhood Teacher Jobs - Raphela Pre-school

• The Early Childhood Teacher will develop and
  
  deliver curriculum founded on the centre’s philosophies whilst following
  
  childcare regulations and National Quality Standards


• Create positive learning environments
  
  including resources based on child-directed learning


• Develop strategies to guide positive childrens’
  
  behaviour


• Build good, open communication with children,
  
  families and staff


• Observe and record children’s growth,
  
  development and behaviour


• Ensure the learning environment is clean,
  
  hygienic and safe


• Help develop teaching goals for the centre
  
  and its teachers


• Carry out administrative tasks as required

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Applicants should preferably be Early
  
  childhood graduates or possess similar qualifications. Prior experience in
  
  similar jobs would be of added advantage.


• Previous experience working in a childcare
  
  setting


• Broad knowledge and understanding of the
  
  Early Years Learning Framework


• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills


• The incumbent should be a highly motivated
  
  teacher capable of inspiring and being part of a great team, teaching and
  
  looking after pre-primary (4 – 6 year olds). 


• Sound written and verbal communication skills


• Computer literacy skills


• Clean medical certificate
