Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African

Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan.


Key

Duties and Responsibilities: 


·        
Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment

process


·        
The incumbent will also oversee the entire

screening and pre-assessments assessment processes


·        
In charge of conducting background checks for all

successful candidates after assessment


·        
Work closely with external consultants to conduct

interviews for the company


·        
Coordinate and manage the entire screening and

pre-assessments assessment processes.


·        
Responsible for the implementation of the entire

recruitment process and procedures.


·        
In charge of sending and managing the Psychometric

Assessment System


·        
Responsible for developing recruitment project

work plans and Budgets


·        
Develop and draft recruitment advertisements for

posting in newspapers, company website and other job portals.


Qualifications,

Skills and Experience: 


·        
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s

Degree in Arts in Social Science, Economics, Human Resources or any equivalent.


·        
A minimum of three years of practical HR experience

particularly in the area of handling recruitment or any related function.


·        
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and

internet based vetting tools, excellent communication skills, careful attention

to detail, ability to identify key issues and solutions


·        
Ability to multi-task and work with others


·        
Excellent communication skills- Both oral and

written interview tests


·        
Good planning skills- Scenario questions


·        
Basic computer usage skills- Practical test in

excel


·        
Analytical and report writing skills-Practical

test in excel


·        
Knowledge in IT based platforms – Practical tests,

report writing,


·        
Adopts a proactive approach with an ability to

work on own initiative with limited supervision, while recognizing issues that

require referral.


·        
Fluent in English
