(averaging 40%) in revenues and projects over the last five years. It provides

solutions for sustainable data solutions, enhanced business process improvement

and comprehensive process automation.


Job Summary: The Relationship Manager will be tasked with

achieving set company revenue goals by meeting and anticipating existing and

potential clients needs in line with Data Care solutions and services in a

symbiotic and profitable way


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure in depth understanding of all

    customers in his/her portfolio in order to effectively meet their needs

  • Grow and retain a portfolio of right value

    relationships that benefits the business.

  • Meet the agreed sales and service level

    targets of Data Care.

  • Ensure close personal attention is given to

    provide a full array of customized solutions and services tailored to meet

    growth needs and potential of the portfolio

  • The job holder will create and maintain

    comprehensive project charters and that all projects are delivered on time

    within scope and quality within scope and budget.

  • Responsible for the achievement of financial

    and non-financial targets

  • Ensure accurate and updated customer

    information.

  • Continuously source relevant information

    around key trends in the industry or customers operations to enable

    proactive information management with a view of growing our revenue goals.

  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations

  • Ensure           

    effective query management and customer feedback.

  • Actively monitor and manage (in collaboration

    with internal business partners) the delivery of service in line with

    Service level agreements standards and turnaround times within the

    business center.

  • Performs a proactive liaison role at

    appropriate levels between relevant stakeholders (e.g. credit,

    operational) to ensure customer service expectations are met without

    compromising company goals.

  • Ensures an effective customer on boarding

    process.

  • The job holder will execute, drive, measures

    and manage the implementation of agreed initiatives and retention

    activities for the portfolio to grow profitability and share of wallet

    across competition.        


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the Relationship

    Manager vacancy should hold a University Degree in a business related

    field from an accredited institution

  • Possession of Professional qualification or

    postgraduate diploma in IT would be an added advantage

  • At least two to three years’ experience in

    relationship management role in an FMCG Industry would also be an added

    advantage Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication (oral & written

    and analytical skills)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of IT and

    related services

  • Results oriented attitude

  • High personal integrity

  • Highly innovative and creative

  • Business acumen
