Montrose is
an international development project management and consultancy company
providing support to clients operating in the developing world. Specialized in
the sectors of health, education, rural livelihoods and private sector
development, our clients include bilateral and multilateral development
agencies, the private sector, Non-Governmental Organizations and other
development stakeholders. Montrose has its head office in UK, and regional
offices in Africa (Kampala) and Asia-Pacific (Yangon).
Job
Summary: The Internships will support
Montrose’s several projects. The key areas in which the interns will provide project
management support, including: logistics and procurement, work planning, budget
management support, writing and editing technical team support, administrative support,
business development support, research and writing on a variety of technical
and non-technical subjects, tracking opportunities and offering support in
compiling documentation and data for bids and proposal administrative support.
The Interns will be mentored and trained by experienced Project Managers.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

The applicants for the Internship vacancies should
preferably hold Bachelor’s Degrees in relevant
field with excellent qualifications

Prior international experience in work or studies
is essential
·
Some work experience is an asset
·
Possess excellent writing and computer skills
essential
·
Excellent organisational skills
·
Keen attention to detail
·
Good numeracy skills
·
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under
pressure
·
Possess a high degree of flexibility and
creativity
·
Excellent interpersonal skills
·
Excellent English language skills, knowledge of
Spanish and/or French an advantage
