Several Oil & Gas Vacancies - Commercial Sales Executive (Resellers) at TOTAL










Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda


Reports to: Commercial Sales and Specialties Manager


Total Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of

the Total Group. Total Group operates in more than 130 countries worldwide and

is one of the major players in the energy sector. In Uganda, we are major

players in the oil and gas sector with a marketing and distribution network

covering the entire country.


Key Duties

and Responsibilities: 


·        
The

incumbent will prospect for new re-sellers


·        
The

job holder will also manage customer accounts according to the subsidiary

policy


·        
Engage

in daily, weekly and monthly credit control activities


·        
Actively

follow up transactions and outstanding invoices on re-seller account statements


·        
Schedule

weekly visits to re-sellers 


·        
Ensure

dispatch of invoices and credit/debit notes to re-sellers


·        
Follow

up and implement the elements in contracts signed between TOTAL Uganda Limited

and the re-seller


·        
Ensure

the re-sellers understand and respect the HSEQ norms of the subsidiary


·        
Periodically

compile inventory of company assets at consumer re-seller sites


·        
Perform

any other duties as assigned by the Commercial Sales and Specialties Manager.


Qualifications,

Skills and Experience: 


·        
The

applicants for the TOTAL Commercial Sales Executive (Resellers) should hold

relevant bachelor’s degrees in business related fields


·        
A

minimum of three years of related experience in sales and marketing or related

field


·        
Demonstrated

ability to use industry and client research to develop sales proposals,

pricing, discounts, sales strategies and growth potential


·        
Proven

ability to balance multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines, be responsive

and thrive in a team environment.


·        
Computer

literacy i.e. proficient with Microsoft Office.


·        
Communication

– strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent

presentation skills, able to communicate at all levels.


·        
Ability

to travel 50% or more of the time.


·        
Strong

adherence to deadline.
