Uganda: Director, Finance and Operations

This individual shall be responsible for overall financial management and administration of program
activity. Minimum requirements for this position include:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field OR a professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant.

Minimum of eight years of experience in increasing roles of responsibility and oversight of
procurement, logistics, human resources, finance, and accounting of large-scale, complex,
international programs, including experience in managing donor funded subcontracts/grants

Strong English written and oral communication skills
