Duties
? Filling documents so that they are easily accessed when needed.
? Typing all letters, documents and other information as instructed.
? Receiving visitors and redirecting them to Officers they want to see.
? Ensuring secretes of the Office
? Filling all documents received and copies of types ones.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the posts specified herein. Applications should be submitted in triplicate (3 copies) on PSF For 3 (PSF 3) (Revised 2008) to the Secretary, Rukungiri District Service Commission P. 0. Box 1, Rukungiri to reach him not later than 26th Nov 2010
Application Forms (PSF 3 and ESC Form No.3 (1998) in case of teachers) are attainable from the office of the Secretaries of District Service Commission Country wide and the Public Service Commission Kampala, Hand written applications, also in triplicate, are acceptable. Candidates should NOT attach original but only 3 Photostat copies of Certificates/Diploma/Degrees, Testimonials plus 3 coloured recent passport size photographs. Applications should bear the title of the post as well as the reference Number specified against vacancy. Serving Officers are advised to route their application through their Heads of Department and must be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.
