Electricians will be responsible for all general electrical repairs on vehicles and trucks in the fleet and on site. Includes emergency repairs; supervision of contracted repairs; scheduled maintenance.
Requirement:Qualifications & Skills:Relevant Electrical Certificate /diploma with relevant registrationsGood understanding of workshop practices and ability to work within HSE requirementsAbility to understand electrical drawings and manuals in EnglishProven ability to produce relevant reports and maintenance schedulesPreferably proven experience in vehicle electronics and diagnostics3+ years relevant experience in a similar field. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the chosen applicants will be responsible for overhauling and repair of electrical components as well as using software/ hardware to diagnose and eliminate fault codes.
Requirement:Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
-Must have undergone technical or vocational training at a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years experience, working in a similar position, gained in an automotive/
- Excellent computer skills (knowledge of diagnostics software system)
