HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER ( FULL TIME )

About this Job:

REPORTS TO: UNIVERSITY SECRETARY Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the overall provision of Human Resource services and policies for the effective and efficient smooth running of the University.
2. Coordinate the recruitment, selection, induction and placement of staff.
3. Manager the pay-roll of staff
4. Provide support to the line managers in
5. Oversee the administration of the
administration of Human Resource plan and budget.
6. Prepare a human resource
development plan.

Requirement:

REQUIREMENTS (Minimum):
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.
2. A master’s degree in Human Resource or Public Administration is an added advantage.
3. At least five (5) years experience in Handling Human resource affairs
4. Practical computer skills
5. Good communication skills
