Resident Engineer / Team Leader

A multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Resident Engineer / Team Leader with a background in Highway Design and Road Construction Supervision.

The Team Leader is expected to manage the design review of the road, hydraulic and structural design of the drainage systems, compilation of the road furniture inventory and preparation of records.

In addition to holding a degree in Civil Engineering, the team leader shall be a registered or Chartered Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years experience in Road Construction Supervision and Highway Design of which not less than 8 years should have been at a Resident Engineer position on road construction contracts of this nature under FIDIC conditions of contracts.

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory and ability to communicate ideas freely and easily is essential. Knowledge of local langueages is desirable but not essential.
