Ltd, providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Eastern Africa. We

have a wide spread branch network in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Currently,

Platinum provides loans to Civil servants and employees of the Private sector,

and will soon roll out asset finance products.

Job

Summary: The Sales Manager – Secured Loans will achieve sales performance of

secured loans as communicated by Management

Key

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
In charge of analysing applicants’ financial

status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting a

loan.

·        
Responsible for determining authenticity of

collateral in line with company rules and policies.

·        
The job holder will be tasked with building,

developing and leading teams.

·        
Clear understanding of security perfection for

logbooks.

·        
Familiarity with collections of loans secured with

logbooks.

Qualifications,

Skills and Experience: 

·        
The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in a relevant

field.

·        
At least three years’ experience in leading teams

preferably in banking or insurance.

·        
Broad knowledge and understanding of security

perfection for logbooks.

·        
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

·        
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
