Position: Analyst for (Electrical, and Micro biology)
(Salary Scale 6)

Reporting to the Head of the Laboratory; the successful candidate shall be required to perform the following duties; Provide an environment necessary to analyze samples accurately, quickly, and at a low cost through proper planning, careful spending of budget, and promotion of good staff spend sometime every day at the bench with technicians performing the tests in the respective laboratories; evaluate analytical information and submits it lo higher authorities for ;approval; ensure the availability of supplies, ensure safety and suggesting to the authorities the disciplinary measures
required for efficient functioning of the laboratory;undertake qualify control activities/system of the laboratories to conform to the authorized policies, procedures, and sound laboratory practice.

Qualifications and other requirements:
? The successful candidates shall have a goad University degree in the relevant fields of Electrical Engineering (for Electrical post) and Food Science (for Microbiology post)
or Biological Sciences from a recognized institution
? Must be computer literate with emphasis on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the use of Internet.
? Minimum of 2 years experience in a laboratory setting at graduate level or 4 years at technician level.
? Being conversant with ISO/IEC 17025 Standard having worked in an accredited lab

The successful candidate needs to be a team player, an excellent communicator with good oral communication and presentation skills

Position: Credit Officer [Micro Finance]
Job Location: Any part of Uganda Principle

Duties and Responsibilities;
* Survey and sensitize the Communities about the micro finance packages and offers,
* Organize the Registered members into groups.
* Regulate the activities of the group members.
* Issue out loans and ensure the pay back of installments on time.
* Carry out regular field visits, conduct group meetings and assess potential borrowers.
* Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly reports on the assigned activities to the Branch manager.

Qualifications and Competencies;
* A level pass with Diploma in Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Economics or Development Studies.
* Ability to coordinate work with fellow staffs and other community members.
* Applicant should be below 30 years.
