Equipment Specialist could be assigned to be responsible for some of the following equipment and activities: The Wireline Well Head Equipment specialist could be assigned to be responsible for some of the following equipment and activities Cables, Heads and Adapters, WHE (Well Head Equipment), Basic Equipment and FIT (Fast Inspection of Tools) & TRIM (Tool Review and Inspection Monthly) Essential Responsibilities and Duties: •Learns, through organized seminars and personal study, the operational and technical characteristics of Wireline equipment, and ensures his/her training is accurately recorded. •Keeps current with new related Wireline equipment and maintenance methods. •Promotes the importance of Service Quality within the maintenance community. •Understands and complies with Schlurnberqer's rules and regulations. •Assists in the development and coaching of less senior Technicians and Operators. •Assists the other team members with the respective maintenance sections of their training program. •Ensures all assigned equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resuHing in proper funclionality and minimum failures. •Performs Q-checks and or FIT (Fast Inspections of Tools) &TRIM (Tool Review and Inspection Monthly) stricdy. as per procedure, and according to the defined schedule. •Efficiently troubleshoots and repairs assigned equipment, if required, also repairs equipment at the well site.•Participates in Root Cause Analysis of failures. •Proficient in the use of RITE (Routine Inspection of Tools and Equipment). •Records all maintenance and failure events immediately and accurately in RITE (Routine Inspection of Tools and Equipment). •Actively uses Support both for technical solutions and for knowledge sharing. •Reports honestly and accurately at all times. •Promotes the move to new technology, standardization and timely replacement of old technology. •Makes recommendations to supervisors on requirements for spare parts, test equement and tools necessary for efficient maintenance. •Interfaces for SQ (Service Quality)-related issues for assigned jobs.Quality & HSE •Promotes a culture of safety awareness within the maintenance community. •Ensures hislher work areas are safe, clean and orderly at all times. •Follows the company policies and procedures on health, safety and environment. •Supports Management efforts to minimize general and WL-specific Quality and HSE risks and promotes respect, understanding and adherence to safety regulations. •Conducts unsafe and hazardous situation audits / identification. •Uses QUEST to report RIR and for follow up on action items. •Maintains strict confidentiality of Schlumberger and client information. •Experience running Open and Cased hole Jobs a MUST •Minimum 3 years working experience in oil field services •Experience working in Tough Logging Conditions a MUST •Experience working as a Well Head Equipment specialist a MUST •Highly developed organizational skills •Strong communication skills for both client and employee relations Please send ONLY a CV and application letter MERGED into ONE document to email address: Please DO NOT attach any other documents. For over 20 years, Marie Stopes Uganda (MSU) has been working to provide voluntary family planning (FP) services to thousands of men and women across the country. MSU is the largest, most specialized private FP and reproductive health (RH) organization working in every district of Uganda with approximately 30% of modern contraceptive market share. 90% of our clients are women living in rural and underserved areas where health services, particularly family planning are not readily available. MSU is a key implementing partner of the Ministry of Health, particularly the division of Reproductive Health at Central, Regional and District levels. MSU receives funding from USAID, UKaid, UNFPA, the Dutch Government, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as well as private foundations.Key Roles and Responsibilities·             Maintain financial records, supporting documents, statistical records and other records pertinent to the   project in accordance with the organization's accounting.·             Prepare and present annual project budgets related to work plans as per the donor contracts.·             Monitor    the    allocation of project income and expenditure to ensure that project reports are accurate.·             Prepare quarterly and annual cash  flow  projections  and monitor project expenditures to  ensure  that  they  remain within  the  approved  budget and comply  with  the  project Contract and  policies and procedures.·             Provide training and guidance to the project team and subcontractor staff in management of finance and contracts as and when such need arises.·             Liaise with the head office finance team to ensure effective integration and of efficient project financial   activities   into   the organization's financial management and information system.·         Validate financials and memo data to work plans and Performance management Plan (PMP).·             Liaise   with   project   auditors to ensure efficient completion of project audits and reports.·             Ensure that project staff follow MSU policies and procedures and donor requirements.·             Ensure that project staff follow MSU policies and procedures and donor requirements·             Ensure that monthly, quarterly  and  annual  project financial  and  related  reports are submitted  to Executive Team by  the  given  deadline.  All reports must conform to donor specified formats.·             Day to day financial authorizations of fuel perdiems and maintenance costs with direct support and supervision of the line manager·             Lead Induction process of new staff and work with supervisor to make a finance induction pack/handbook.
