Job Title: Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator
The position will be a key role in the management of MobiCash, by acting as a support and helper to the Senior Management Team. You will carry out the various executive and administrative responsibilities including office management, customer handling, library management, supervisory tasks.
You will be required to handle administrative tasks that have been assigned by the Senior Management Team and are expected to work with or without supervision. You must be a disciplined person with flexible approach towards the assigned work and have multitasking abilities.
You must be a team player and should ensure that the spirit of team work never subsides while fulfilling his/her responsibilities. The ability to co-ordinate and interact with the CTO, CFO, CCO, and the Corporate Secretary at all levels of the work and bring a proactive approach to the work, with loads of professionalism and honesty. You will be required to work within time constraints and often under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are the prerequisites for the executive assistant job.
Overall Duties
• Maintaining the calendar plan for scheduling and fixing Senior Management Team meetings.
• Act as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers and consultants in coordinating meetings.
• Assist the clients, partners and executives in presentations and summarizing reports and documents.
• Manage and prioritize the multiple tasks that have been assigned.
• Answer the phone calls to the concerned clients and party, without any delay.
• Schedule the travel plans of the executive management.
• Act as a representative of the executive in meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Be ready to delegate the responsibilities of the executive as per the executives' instructions and must have effective decision making ability.
Personal qualities, skills and experience:
Typically a candidate for the role will hold a University degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics and Communication Skills and is most likely to be expected to be able to demonstrate progress and achievement in their career to date. Most recently, they will have worked in a similar role where they will have worked for a minimum of 5 years.
You will have Accurate and efficient typing skills, efficient organizational skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates. You will also show the ability to follow through on work assignments, Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow to meet rigid project deadlines, Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team, be detailed and customer service oriented with a high level of proficiency with MS Office and handling of Domestic & Int'l air bookings and hotel accommodation and related for the HODs.
Fluency in written and oral French and English is a pre-requisite.
