Personal Assistant

1. To provide secretarial, administrative in the organization.

2. Management of the Vice President’s appointment.

3. Help Vice President manage output, workflow and office deadlines

4. Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone

5. Collect and open all mail addressed to the Vice President.

6. Take minutes for all meetings.

7. Draft, type and dispatch all the VP’s correspondence

8. Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc to arrange.

9. Meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes

10. Maintain a comprehensive filing system

11. Co-ordinate VP’s travel in conjunction with in-house travel group

12. Tabulate and retrieve VP’s official expenditures and claims

13. Arrange local transportation when necessary

14. Some research, media relations and promotional work

15. Undertake any other duties as requested by the VP.

Education:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
