Purpose of the job: This is an exceptional opportunity that calls for an experienced, innovative executive that will be responsible for the management of the Bank and shall exercise overall control and supervision of all activities of the Bank and achieve the strategic objectives.

Achievement of the objectives of the Strategic Plan and Annual PlansAchievement of the business targets Improved risk managementEnhanced customer service levels and reputation of the BankKey Duties and Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership required in implementation of the business strategy so as to ensure that the Bank is run on sound commercial and professional principals and appropriate measures are taken to increase the market share in the country.Ensure that the Board of Directors receives regular reports on the current state of business and that the Board’s decisions are implemented in a timely manner.Build and maintain a solid reputation as a successful financial institution in line with the defined vision and mission of the Bank.Requirement:A good Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.A Masters Degree or a post graduate qualification in Banking, accountancy, management or other related fields.Experience Required:At least 15 years of all round experience in Banking, with a minimum of five years in senior management level.
