Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO)

Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIO) is a national laboratory dedicated to research, design and development of scientific and industrial instruments. It is one of the constituent laboratories of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), India, an industrial research and development organisation of the country. CSIO is situated at Sector 30C, Chandigarh (India).

CSIO is set to recruit in its ranks young and dynamic persons with brilliant academic records in the following positions:

Senior Technical Officer (2) / Gr. III (5)
No. of Vacancies : 02 posts
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600 – 39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600
Age limit  : 40 years

Technical Officer Gr. III (3)
No. of Vacancies : 01 post
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300 – 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600
Age limit  :  30 years

Technical Assistant Gr. III (5)
No. of Vacancies : 07 posts
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300 – 34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4200
Age limit :  30 years

How to Apply :
Apply Online at CSIO website only up to 02/07/2013. Take a printout of the submitted application, past a recent passport size photograph along with relevant documents/ testimonials and  together with application fee of Rs. 100/- (SC/ST/ PH/ Female  and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee) in the form of Demand Draft drawn by State Bank of India drawn in favour of “Director, Central Scientific Instruments Organization” and payable at the Chandigarh branch of State Bank of India (Code No.1443), duly superscribed on the envelope as “Application for the Post of ___________Post Code No. _____” should reach the Director, CSIR – Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Sector 30-C, Chandigarh – 160030 on or before 09/07/2013.
