Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL)

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is a Public Sector Enterprise under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. The Company was registered as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 in September 1987 with the objective of operating the atomic power stations and implementing the atomic power projects for generation of electricity in pursuance of the schemes and programmes of the Government of India under the Atomic Energy Act, 1962.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL), a premier central Public Sector Enterprise, under the Department of Atomic Energy involved in design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of Nuclear Power Reactors, invites application for the following Stenographer posts  for its unit “Kakrapar Gujarat Site” :

Stenographer Gr.I
No. of Vacancies : 08 posts (UR-4, OBC-2, ST-2)
Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2400/-

Stenographer Gr.I
No. of Vacancies : 02 posts in special drive for physically handicapped persons
Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2400/-

Qualifications : A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject. with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography. Preference will be given to those candidates who possess knowledge on Hindi Stenography. Minimum Speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing on Personal compuer. Preference will be given to those candidates who possess knowledge of Hindi Typing
