Job Title: Senior Community Development Officer

Age limit: 25 years and above

Qualifications:
• Should have at least an honors degree in social sciences, development studies, rural development or social work and social administration or any other related field from a recognized University/ institution
• Should have working experience of at least 3 years at a level of community development officer in government or equivalent level experience in a reputable organization in the field of social development or community based services
• Should have well developed interpersonal and communication skills

Duties:
• Delivery of gender, culture and community based services in the district/ urban Council coordinated
• Gender, culture and community centers and other community establishments supervised
• Implementation of natural and local news and policies on gender, culture and social development monitored and evaluated
