Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda


Riham Group is

a Food products company based in Kawempe which boosts of producing a variety of

products including confectionaries, water, among others.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:   


·        
Manage the implementation of HR Policy and its

revisions


·        
Manage the implementation of staff performance

management and provide performance management reports


·        
Oversee staff recruitment and coordinate their

induction


·        
Keep updated staff insurance, welfare and leave

tracking processes / systems


·        
Compute and forward the monthly payroll to accounts

/ finance


·        
Manage compliance with statutory requirements and

relevant employment laws


Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 


·        
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology,

Business Administration, or related field


·        
Possession of professional certification in Human

Resource or Personnel Management / Development is an added advantage


·        
A minimum of five years’ human resource management experience

preferably in manufacturing industry


·        
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical

and result-oriented skills


·        
Initiative, high sense of responsibility, tactful,

ability to manage interventions and a team player


·        
Proficiency in general computer applications and any

Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)


·        
Excellent record keeping, presentation, and report

writing skills
