development, it has become one of the largest manufacturing and selling

enterprises for elevator and escalator in China.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
In charge of preparing asset, liability, and

capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

·        
Documents financial transactions by entering

account information.

·        
The incumbent recommends financial actions by

analyzing accounting options.

·        
Summarizes current financial status by collecting

information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other

reports.

·        
Updates and maintains accounting controls by

preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

·        
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating

activities and answering questions.

·        
The job holder reconciles financial discrepancies

by collecting and analyzing account information

·        
Answers accounting procedure questions by

researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

·        
In charge of the clearance of all URA taxes

·        
Complies with government financial legal

requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to

requirements, and advising management on needed actions

·        
Prepares and submits special financial reports by

collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

·        
Perform any other duties assigned by the managing

director or general manager.

Qualifications,

Skills and Experience: 

·        
The candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s

degree in Business Administration of Commerce with emphasis in accounting

·        
Professional Accounting qualification i.e. ACCA/CPA

·        
A minimum of five years’ experience, elevator and

escalator industry work experience will be given a priority

·        
Computer literacy skills

·        
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili language

·        
Age: Between 30-

45 years
