Options Consulting Ltd is an online recruitment services which now seeks to

recruit on behalf of its valued Client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The incumbent will work closely with other heads
  
  of departments to develop annual hiring goals


• Manage the roll out of initiatives and ensure
  
  implementation and application of programs


• Responsible for the overall management of HR
  
  administration systems for medical schemes


• Identify and manage metrics to help monitor
  
  trends in employment practises.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
  
  Degree in Human Resources


• At least five to eight years of progressive
  
  HR experience


• Strong business acumen and integrated
  
  thinking


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
