• Computer skills using word processing package. The following will be an added advantage:-
• Principles of Accounts Stage 11, economics 11 or Commerce 11
• Computer skills using different packages like spread sheet and data knowledge of using various office machines

Duties:
• Taking and transcribing dictation and producing error free work
• Receiving and disseminating correspondences, mails, and other information for the office
• Organize meetings and circulating decisions to the relevant action offices
• Attending to telephone calls on the third ring
• Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
