Job Title: General Manager Risk and Compliance

Role: Plan and monitor implementation of an effective risk management system through the bank in liaison with senior management, the board and bank set standards.

Key Areas
Develop an Integrated risk management frame work to guide risk identification
Develop risk management policies for the bank in line with BOU
Monitor the implementation of the bank strategic plan
Prepare and submit risk management reports

Required Competences and Skills
An honors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics and other relevant courses from recognized University.

Post graduate qualification in Banking/Financial Management or relevant field,
Qualification in Integrated Enterprise Risk Management
At least six years hand on experience at a senior management of head of department in a financial institution
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of banking practices.
