Job title: Senior Human Resource Officer

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that the assessment of training needs, planning, implementation, evaluation and follow up of training is professionally done.
• Ensure that training expenses re within budget and training funds are promptly and properly accounted for.
• Develop the bank’s succession plan and follow up on Performance Development Plans.
• Ensure that each staff has a career development plan and develop related documentation.
• Monitor staff rotations and transfers from different desks, units and branches.
• Manage coaching and mentoring schemes.

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
• Post graduate diploma in Human resource management.
• Minimum of two years in a similar position (Experience in banking will be an added advantage_.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and report writing skills.
