Position : Medical Superintendent
Qualification : MBBS + Diploma In Industrial Health
Report To : General Manager
3 Doctors under him (1- Indian , 2 Localite )
60% administrative work
40% handle patients
Job Profile :The incumbent will head the hospital, and responsible for offering medical consultation and reviews, providing medical care / treatment to employees and their family members, co-ordination of referrals and emergencies, prepare projects proposals to get financial support from Government and other agencies for health care programs in the hospital, supervision of the day to day staff maters in the hospital. The candidate should be a medical graduate (MBBS) preferably with a post graduate diploma in Public Health or Hospital Management. He should have minimum 12 years of experience in clinical treatment and general surgical emergency procedures in a medium size hospital, preferably in industrial environment in similar capacity.
