Job Summary: The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for all customer relations, ensuring that their expectations are met, and all complaints satisfactorily attended to in time. S/he is also responsible for the quality control of all the services/products that SGUL offers to its customers at all times.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Formulating and implementing strategies to ensure customer retention and attending to customer complaints timelyEnsuring quality products and services are offered to all customersUpdating and maintaining customer database for regular follow up and regular client visits. Supervises branch activities (CRM)Ensuring professional corporate image is maintained and supervises/administers all CSR activitiesEnsuring that ISO procedures are followed, oversees and promotes total quality management systems in the companyAssisting in the identification of inefficiencies and non- compliance with set standards in line with SOP’s and ISOActively coordinating the regular management reviews of total quality management systemsQualifications, Skills and Experience: The candidate should hold a good University Degree in a Business related field Three or more years’ experience in a similar position in a private security firm or related industry.Computer literacy skills Driving skillsHigh team ethics Good presentation and effective communication skillsPossess the ability to listen, diagnose issues and prescribe solutionsGood coaching and mentoring skillsGood bargaining and negotiation skillsAll suitably qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to send their application letters attaching detailed C.V and photocopies of academic credentials to:The HR & Administration ManagerP.O.
