Spear Motors Ltd is the Sole official distributor for Daimler AG of Stuttgart, Germany the manufactures of Mercedes Benz. It is also the official distributor for other legendary brands like Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Great Wall Motors (Wingle double cabin and Hover Station wagons), Kinglong Buses and Deutz Fahr Tractors.Job Summary: The Customer Care Officer will actively promote and enhance customer services in the company to maximize customer satisfaction for existing and prospective clients of the company. Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Offer cordial customer service to the company’s ClientsUpdate and maintain an effective customer complaint management system and coordinate complaints handling closely with the Service AdvisorsMaintain company customer service standards by following up customer complaints for resolutionConduct regular workshop visits to check and oversee customer service standardsConsult with clients on issues related to services provided by the company particularly with regard to customer service standardsObtain adequate feedback from clients for analysis and review and revert accordinglyAnalyze and review assessments, comments and complaints from clients for improvements and appropriate actionAdvise Service Manager and Sales Director on customer service standards and client’s assessment and feedbackCarry out customer care sensitization programs for all staff aimed at general improvement of customer serviceMake recommendation to Service Manager, Parts Manager and Sales Director on customer care issuesMake periodic reviews and submit reports to the Service Manager and Sales Director on customer service issuesQualifications, Skills and Experience: The Customer Care Officer should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalentDetailed knowledge of Customer Management principlesA minimum of four or more years’ experience in Customer Service in a diverse environmentProfessional training in Customer ServiceProficiency in computer use, including social medialExcellent interpersonal, public relations and communication skillsTeam Leader skillsSelf driven If you are suitably qualified, send your application and relevant certificates to this address: P.O Box 1350, Kampala, Uganda.Deadline: Friday 3rd October 2014
