Job Summary:  The Direct Sales Manager  will be responsible for maximizing sales of

telecom Data products in to clients. This will include direct management of a

team of agents and/or sales representatives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 


·        

Provide

leadership, management and support to our established sales channels (e.g.

agents & the sales team)


·        

Develop

and execute account strategies to deliver revenue growth of new business

development opportunities which will include customer relationships, alliances

and new product support


·        

Ensure

that customer needs are identified and supported and that the customer

performance targets are set and measured


·        

Monitor

and communicate account/customer performance and assist in the resolution of

any outstanding issues


·        

Work

with customer service to ensure that customer expectations are met


·        

Managing

the sales cycle (account planning, sales execution and pipeline management)


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 


·        

Three years

of sales experience in telecommunications or FMCG industry


·        

At least

two years leadership/ managerial experience (minimum 3 direct sales reports)


·        

Experience

managing outsourced sales agency


·        

Good

computer/ quantitative skills for sales reporting
