• Preparation of MEP Design dwgs into Shop dwgs and Detail dwgs.
• Hvac Duct Routing and Chilled Water Routing and Location of Outlets.
• Preparation of Elv Design dwgs into Shop dwgs and Detail dwgs.(Acs, scs, cctv, av)
• Preparation of Electrical Loadl Distribution schedule.
• Drafting of single line into Double line routing.
• Preparation of Schematic Diagrams and Riser Diagrams.
• Follow up of Project & Preparing MEP layouts.
• Preparation of MEP Co-ordination and required sections.
• Preparation of Reflected ceiling plan co-ordination
• Raising RFI’s based on Specification and Regulations.
• Taking Responsibilities until get the drawing approval of consultants.
• Involving site activities for solving problems. (Based on c.s.d dwgs).
• Involving in Making BOQ (Quantity take off)
• Preparing Shaft Co-ordination of MEP services.
• Produce builders work dwgs (Slab openings and core wall openings).
• Preparing as built dwgs of Hvac, Drainage, Elv and Fire fighting services.

minimum 8 years experience
