Senior Interior Designer

Main duties:
- Concept Generation,
- Developing Design Packages for Presentation to Owner and to Hotel Operator
- Managing the Development of Shop Drawing,
- Implementation of the design on the Construction Site
- Monitor, communicate and maintain project schedules.
- Participate in On Site Coordination meetings with PM, MEP Manager, Sub Contractors, suppliers etc,
- Communicate to Owner, Operator, department staff, sub contractors, and trades
- Select, specify and participate in procurement of equipment, material, finishes, furniture and accessories
- Prepare Bill of Quantity for each item specified
- Ensure that the program is updated weekly with the Project Manager and Senior Interior Designer
- Coordinate and manage all site activities of site staff, sub contractors, trades and suppliers etc

minimum 10 years in Hospitality Design Portfolio.
