Uganda – Conflict and Political Analysts

International Resources Group (IRG) seeks candidates with significant experience in conflict assessment and political analysis at the regional and national levels. We are looking for expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the following position:

Uganda Country Analyst – Conflict and Political Assessment

The Country Analyst will bring an in-depth understanding and background in the major drivers of conflict and political issues affecting Uganda and other countries in the East Africa Region.

Qualifications:

Masters in Conflict Resolution and Management (Conflict Analyst) and/or political science, or other social science discipline.Recognized specialist for Uganda with ongoing research and analysis at country level requiredExperience working with international donor or other international organizations carrying out political and/or conflict assessments or analyses for both policy and program implementation.Experience working with various conflict assessment methodologies including USAID Conflict Assessment Framework.
