Entry Level IT Developer / Database Careers - Metajua

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

Metajua is a

firm specialised in the use of IT for data collection and analysis. Using available

technology in Smartphones and tablets, we capture data and send it to a

centralized server where we then analyse it to extract pertinent information.

Job Summary:  The IT Developer/ Database will be primarily responsible

for building customized SQL queries, developing customized reports, conduct

data mining, and deploying data collection solution.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree

in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.

·        
At least two years’ experience in DB management.

·        
Previous experience in MySQL database management and

other databases.

·        
Comprehensive working knowledge in T-SQL query

building and Algorithmic problem solving

·        
Previous experience in PHP, HTML, JavaScript or

other programing languages.

·        
High degree of flexibility.

·        
Good team player.
