JavaScript Developer - DOM / BOM / jQuery / HTML / CSS / PHP / Subversion / Git / REST API A great technology company are looking for a passionate and driven JavaScript Developer with strong front end HTML / CSS skills to join a team of 20 outstanding engineers within an extremely technical engineering team packed with Oxford / Cambridge graduates and ex-Google / Yahoo employees. The JavaScript Developer role will provide exposure to the following technologies / methodologies…. - JavaScript - DOM / BOM - jQuery - HTML / CSS - Adobe Photoshop - passion and awareness for principles as UI design - Emerging web standards - HTML5, CSS3, WAI-ARIA - Source control - Subversion / Git - Twig / Jinja - PHP - REST APIs Ideally you will have an understanding of objected-oriented, functional and declarative programming styles. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative, user-centric insight. As a JavaScript / Front End Developer you will be part of a skilled engineering team working on a number of core products working closely with product management and backend / PHP Developers to create and deliver great software. As JavaScript Developer / Front End Developer will be producing and evolving functional prototypes, converting them into browser-compatible code templates and implementing front-end application logic.
