Organization: Nile Breweries LimitedNile Breweries Limited, a leading beverage company in Uganda, a subsidiary of SABMiller, and also recognized three times as the Best Employer in Uganda for the years 2004, 2005 & 2009, the second largest brewing group in the World seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic candidates for the positions above:-Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Learning and Development Assistant will be responsible for:Ensuring training programmes/solutions run smoothlyEnsure cost effective implementation of training plansCompiling learner performance and evaluation training reportsEnsuring and planning for refreshments during trainingEnsuring effective training record keepingQualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicant should hold a degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalentAt least three years’ experience in training in an industrial settingPast experience in a Training environment will be an added advantageShould be self-motivated, result oriented, ethical, and a good team player.Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.Highly innovative and work with minimum supervision.Nile Breweries Company will offer a competitive remuneration package to the successful candidates.
