The Nile-SEC seeks to contract a short-term consultant to design and develop an interactive self-paced e-Learning training modules for the NB DSS.

The primary purpose of this assignment is to prepare a well-designed and appropriately developed suite of interactive self-learning e-Learning training modules that satisfies NB-DSS training needs and expectations of NB DSS users; taking into account the various levels of knowledge, experience, and applicability context as well as working languages.
