Aufgaben:
In this role you will be managing the finance cell in line with Qatar Airways policies and internal accounting procedures. Control budget for the station and give monthly exception report and provide business support to Area Manager requiring financial assistance.

Key accountabilities include: Correct monthly closing as per HQ target dates; Identify reasons for variances and control cost by proper follow up; Receivables are timely collected. Payables are timely paid with no penalties; All contracts are negotiated with best possible terms; Assets are controlled and all exposures are insured; Funds are effectively managed as per corporate directives; Annual budgets, Internal and external audit; and Costing and evaluation of local projects.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
To be successful in this role you will hold a CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICWA, with at least five (5) years airline experience with two (2) years in similar capacity. Experience working to tight internal reporting timescales. User level experience in any ERP; Good working experience on spreadsheets; Strong aviation specific profile in either expenditure or revenue accounting; Financial accounts; Knowledge on contracts; and Knowledge on local laws and regulations like VAT, tax , payroll etc.
