Job Title: Associate Program Officer (2 Positions)

Reports to: The Technical Officer ? Research Utilization
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Program Officers will provide assistance with planning, coordination and successful implementation of the project in select geographical locations.
The post holders will be based in Kampala with frequent upcountry travel.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of project activities.
Participate in the development and preparation of project reports, technical assessment reports, and other project narrative reports.
Assist in the development and monitoring of project workplans and budgets as required.
Process project documentation according to FHI 360 procedures, including consultancy agreements and travel approvals. Routinely monitor this process.
Coordinate activities to support the project, and data tracking (includes development of new or maintenance of existing data management tools).
Respond to programmatic issues and/or requests from the field
