Job Description:
The responsibilities of the travel agent is to keep himself/herself updated about the travel and tour packages and other travel related information so as to help and query the customer?s needs. The travel agent must also assist and support their customers in all their traveling plans by booking flights and aranging for visa processing. The travel consultant books flights. As the administrator, he/ she is responsible for keeping the office tidy and clean for updating the account books etc. The job includes selling of other products and services offered by the company. the job entails planning marketing strategies.

We offer travel services to our customers. We do flight booking for them and advise them on other traveling requirements. We process their visa if they are traveling to China or the United Arab Emirates. We offer to the business community freight forwarding service from Dubai to Mombasa, Dar-es-salaam, Matadi, Entebbe international airport and N'djili international airport. we sell Spice mobile phones.
