TweetCentenary Bank, the leading Micro Finance and Commercial Bank in Uganda seeks to recruit suitably qualified, experienced and competent persons in the following fields;
8. Manager Security
Reports to: Chief Manager Security
Role: To plan, implement & co-ordinate security operations, and provide information, advice and guidance to management on security policies, emergency procedures, in line with the Bank’s security guidelines.
Key Result areas
1.Propose, implement and maintain contingency plans for all security threats and other emergency situations that are likely to affect the bank’s business.
2.Undertake security/emergency procedure checks to ensure compliance with regard to building security policy and standards, fire systems, fire prevention, access control, closed circuit television and emergency procedures.
3.Provide technical advice on requirements and specifications for existing and/or new building security systems including access control, intruder alarms, fire/smoke detection systems, closed circuit television and contract guards.
4.Coordinate implementation of security- training programmes, and manage the performance and development of security officers
5.Manage and implement security and fire safety plans and standards at designated critical sites, branches and business unit centers.
6.Implement security risk assessment and review programmes, ensuring timely identification of threats and the development of cost effective security counter measures.
7.Assist in the continuity and restoration of Bank operations n the event of a major incident impacting upon critical business operations.
8.Review the Bank’s Business Continuity plans to ensure test and maintenance programmes meet the Bank’s overall security standards.
