JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
PROFILE OF THE POSITION
Key Outputs
1. HR Administrative activities & other related issues well-coordinated/handled.
2. HR information Systems, records maintained, up-dated and easily retrieved.
3. HR terms and conditions of service and reward management effectively.
4. HR resourcing & exit adequately supported.
5. Ability to take technical support from Heads of departments.
6. Good employee relations maintained.
7. Safety and health at the workplace monitored.
8. To take minutes of meetings.
9. To handle immigration.
10. To handle trainings, identify external trainings and make program schedule.
11. Networking with the relevant authorities.
12. Should have good knowledge of the labour laws.
