5. Head waiter/ Bar man: (1)
Reports to: Executive Chef/ Supervisor
Requirement:Qualifications: 0' Level certificate, certificate in basic food and beverage service from a recognized institution, at least 3 years experience in similar position.Competencies and skills required:• Ability to Help and support the Ex-chef in carrying out his/her responsibilities but also specifically responsible for beverage stocks and sales.• Proficiency in achieving beverage sales targets as agreed with management.• Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef/ Supervisor.
